In Josiah’s Words…

Well, a couple years ago, I spotted this cute girl at Asbury. I didn't know who she was or when I'd run into her next. But I just kept seeing her around and wanted to meet her. One day I was walking with my head down thinking if I'd get to see her soon. When I looked up, she was walking right towards me with a big smile on her face! I stopped and introduced myself. I didn't ask for her number or ask her on a date. I just learned that her name was Madi Bryant and she was late for volleyball practice. So I let her go and a few days later went home for Thanksgiving break. I thought that nothing would come of it and that maybe I was meant to find my wife somewhere else. Thanksgiving day I checked my phone and she had texted me. Neither of us had realized we we're in the same group chat together. I was giddy! It was there that our friendship was birthed which quickly grew into a dating relationship, which a year and a half later turned into an engagement. I am beyond excited to see where our story goes in marriage with the girl I love.
