We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 10th, 2024.

Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor. The venue does have outdoor balconies that guests will have access to.

Please wear formal / semi - formal attire. We would love all of our guests to wear earthy tones - soft greens, brown, dark orange. (Avoid bright colors if possible). Also, don't forget to bring a jacket as it might get cold at night!

We intend to have an unplugged ceremony, and request that our guests refrain from taking photos at that time, so that our photographers may be able to capture everything with no disruptions. However, the reception is fair game! Please share your photos under the wedding hashtag #CanbyaDameron. We can’t wait to see them!

Please refer to your invitation for your allotted guest count! Our venue has a strict guest count, so we are trying our best to accommodate everyone.

Our venue has a strict no-smoking policy, so we ask that our guests refrain from smoking/vaping on the premises.

Food will be served, along with beverages, and an open bar. Our venue has a strict no outside alcohol policy, please refrain from bringing any outside alcohol, we encourage you to utilize the open bar!

The venue has a large open parking lot where guests can park for the duration of the event! Please note that Ubers and Lyfts are sparse in the area - carpooling is encouraged, especially if you plan on drinking.

The ceremony space is a brief 3-minute walk along a dirt path. Van transportation to the ceremony space will be provided for guests who have more difficulty with long walks. The reception space will have some stairs between the dinner area and the dancing area. Whatever you decide to wear, make sure you're comfortable dancing in them!

There is WIFI at the venue, but cell reception can be very spotty. We ask that you arrive with ample time before the ceremony as to avoid last minute phone calls trying to find the venue.
