Maddy and I began an immediate friendship when we met in Australia in April 2022. Our friendship grew until we couldn’t deny that we never wanted to do life apart. Serving others from Australia to Hungary gave us plenty of time to learn that there was so much we loved about one another. We continued to live in Australia until August 2023 while creating special memories with our friends and family. We had good laughs, amazing adventures, and wonderful people that supported us during this time. I proposed in Australia a week before we moved to Oregon to be closer to my family. We are excited to be back in the United States, and are ready to see what else God has for us in this upcoming season, as we prepare to be with one another forever.
