The ceremony will be held at The Whitney. The reception will be held at Selden Standard. The two are about 0.5 miles apart so walking is an option. We have also booked a bus to transport guests to Selden Standard.

We have booked a bus to transport guests departing at 3:30pm from the Shinola Hotel. Pickup is at the Grand River Ave entrance. If coming from downtown, the QLine is also a free option. You can get on the QLine at Campus Martius or Grand Circus and take it northbound to Canfield St. Uber & Lyfts are always available as well.

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. If it’s raining, then both will take place indoors. It is usually warm in June in Michigan however the evenings may cool down.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie.

After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with light hors d'oeuvres accompanied by an open bar at The Whitney before we go to Selden Standard for dinner.
