We will be having the ceremony and reception at the Schmidt property in Elko, MN. Some aspects of the celebration are outside so please keep that in mind. We recommend shoes that you're comfortable walking in on grass or uneven terrain. Consider flats, wedges, or block heels to avoid sinking into the ground.

There will be space to park on site. There will be golf carts on site as well to help people get around the property.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can find parking and settle in. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00, and we wouldn't want you to miss a moment of the celebration!

The dress code is semi-formal. Guys: Dress pants, dress shirt, and dress shoes. Ties are often worn but not required and a suit/blazer is optional. Ladies: Cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses are a great option. Dressy separates work as well; for instance, pairing a blouse with a skirt or dress pants. Jumpsuits or pantsuits are also a great choice. Avoid overly casual attire like jeans, shorts, or casual shirts.
