The Hotel is pleased to offer a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Rates are subject to state and local taxes totaling 17%.Guests must make reservations by May 1st, 2025 to ensure a guestroom within the group block at the discounted rate. After May 1st, 2025, all guest rooms will be reserved solely on a space and rate available basis. Individuals will be able to make, modify or cancel reservations by calling Omni Hotels Central Reservations at 1-800-The-Omni (1-800-843-6664) and asking for the Cunningham Hamersly Wedding. Reservations can also be made on-line via the Group URL (below) to be provided by the Catering Sales Manager. Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date (May 1st, 2025). Individuals making reservations will be held responsible for all charges pertaining to the guestroom accommodations.All reservations and agreements are based upon and are subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel and the following conditions: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one-night room and tax cancellation fee.

There is a charge for both daily and overnight valet parking. The hotel does not offer a self-park option. The current daily parking rate is $40.00 per vehicle for less than 6 hours and $53.00 per vehicle for more than 6 hours. The current overnight valet rate is $53.00 and oversized vehicles (vans, large SUV’s, large trucks) are at a nightly rate of $57.00 per day with in and out privileges. The parking rates that are in affect during the dates of your meeting may be greater or less and, will be applicable to those that choose to park in the hotel parking facility. There are also separate garage and street parking options throughout the city and within close walking distance to Omni Severin. Street parking is a cheaper option using the Park Mobile App.

Things to Do

Madison and Jackson have been together since 2015. While at Lawrence North High School, they decided to continue their athletic careers at Eastern Illinois and DePauw, respectively. Only being 90 mins. away allowed for their relationship to flourish which led to both friend groups intermingling and a great web of connections and friendships. Upon graduation, Madison started her business career in Indianapolis and Jackson began medical school at IU-Bloomington. Long distance was not new to them, and once again they found themselves widening their web of connections and friendships. After an aerial engagement (helicopter) in May of 2023, Madison moved to Bloomington in where they lived in their first apartment together before moving back to downtown Indianapolis in 2024 for Jackson's final year of medical school. They are incredibly proud of what they've accomplished together and know that they could not do it without the support of their friends and family.
