Justin and Madison’s story began in fifth grade, where a forgotten band book unexpectedly brought them together. Madison, in need of a band book, borrowed Justin’s, but circumstances changed swiftly when she switched to choir. This left Justin in a tricky situation, having to explain the missing book to his mother, who didn’t quite believe his story.
In seventh grade, their paths crossed again, this time in a social studies class. A lesson led to a comparison between them as historical figures of Enkidu and the Beautiful Woman, sparking a short-lived romance. However, Madison felt overwhelmed by Justin’s kindness and ended things.
Surprisingly, junior year saw a shift. Madison, initially trying to set Justin up with a friend, realized her mistake and reignited their connection. They started dating again in October, marking a significant moment in their journey.
College life introduced a hurdle: distance. Madison’s move to Oshkosh made their relationship long-distance for three and a half years. Despite the challenges, their commitment remained steadfast. After graduation, Justin’s return to Appleton brought them closer together.
Their story continued, with milestones leading them to purchase a home together. The idea of marriage lingered, and Justin, after mustering up courage, chose a picturesque spot at Ellison Bluff County Park to propose in October.
Now, Justin and Madison eagerly anticipate the next chapter. With their loved ones by their side, they are excited to embark on this new journey together, embracing the love that has brought them this far.
