RSVP deadline is May 27th 2025. Please respond before that date to help us with our planning. RSVPS after that date will not be accepted.

The RSVP link is listed on our wedding website. You will receive the link in your invitation that comes in the mail. PLEASE NOTE: If you are part of a group that is invited, try entering the last name of your party when searching for your RSVP.

This is an intimate celebration with close friends & family. Due to space limitations, we kindly request that you do not bring any uninvited guests. If you received a plus one, your guests name will be specifically addressed. Thank you for understanding and for making our wedding day all the more memorable by being a part of it!

Yes. PLEASE NOTE. This wedding is for adults 17+.

We are encouraging guests to capture memories throughout the day. Please be mindful of our photographer during the ceremony and stay clear of obstructing the view.

Yes. The open bar will include liquor, beer, wine and non alcoholic options. Bar service will be open prior to the ceremony start time. We are encouraging guests to grab a drink before they take a seat!

This event is semi-formal. Suits and semi-formal dresses are encouraged. Guests are encouraged to bring a comfortable pair of shoes as there will be dancing during the reception.

There will be Hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, a casual BBQ buffet style dinner service, Paula’s Donuts for dessert, and a late night pizza delivery. We have carefully selected our menu with all guests in mind to ensure everyone has several meal options.

Please view the "Travel" tab on our webiste. We do not have a shuttle to these locations or rooms blocked off. Please book in advance on your own.

There are three bathrooms in the barn. They are all wheelchair accessible.

There is a parking lot on the property for all guests. We are encouraging the use of ride share services if you plan to drink. Cars cannot be left on the premises overnight. Please note that we are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. Please celebrate with us responsibly and drive safely!

There is a designated smoking area outside of the barn.

The ceremony will take place outside. The reception will be held in the barn. Rain or shine, we will be celebrating.

Poplar Hill is a beautiful rustic estate from the early 1900s recently refurbished into an event venue. It’s located in the valley of East Aurora centrally located to most of our guests. Throughout the day there will be an open bar, a variety of different food options, and yard games for guests to enjoy. We look forward to celebrating with you.
