Our Wedding

Covid 2020Nothing to do, but I convinced a stranger to drive 2 hours in a rainstorm to meet me. I told him he had to be accepted by Alphonse and Cocoa first. Max was. Our first official Date was at Goat Ridge Brewery in New London Minnesota.

The First Date

Max took me ice fishing for the first time. I had no clue what was to happen at sunset. He found the perfect ring and it made it even more special coming from him. He made a fairy tale come true.

The Yes Date: February 4th 2023

Now, Max and I have spent almost 2 years raising Rip together. We've been planning and patiently waiting. Now the time has come to celebrate us with our friends, family, and Rip. We cannot wait!

Best Friends since 2015, meeting as first year College Students at University of Minnesota Morris. Alyssa has always been there for me, through life and difficult careers.

My girl who can always make me laugh! I met Rachel first year in college at U of M Morris. Rachel and I were roommates when we lived in Willmar.  Still achieving our careers even with Covid and both our previous schools shutting down.

Kelly is wife to Charlie Worner. Kelly and Charlie are our best friend couple. Kelly and I clicked the minute she moved back to Minnesota to be with Charlie. I am so honored to have her in our life and on this adventure. I know she will make this day even more special adding on her touches.

Caitlin is sister of the groom. After celebrating her marriage in Cancun, Mexico February 2025; I cannot wait to have her be there for us. Every day I see how strong she is and can't wait for more drinking, dancing and laughing.

Friends since going to vet tech school together. Kendra and I have always kept in contact throughout the years. I am her bad influence in never saying no to another cat or animal. We have bonded over our love of RATS: Royal and the Serpent.

Friend of the bride since Argosy. Even though life has been crazy, Jenna and I still check in on each other about family, friends and animals. When we are together it's like no time has passed since we last saw each other.

Sister, friend, best auntie to my babies. Who knew that a few years ago life was going to bring me an unexpected friend in my life. I now have 3 new god kitties and love them with all my heart. Halee is the older sister I new knew I needed.

Best friend to Max. 
I met Charlie the first summer Max and I got together. He came over and we just all chilled by the fire. Lots of laughs. Can't believe this guy is married to his dream girl-Kelly, and now it's our turn.

Long time friend of Max since middle school. Max and Ryan always kept close, even when Ryan moved away. Ryan showed me how to make my first at home Mule. He can make any drink taste good with his talents. Can't wait to have him here on our special day.

Future-Brother-in-law. Married to Caitlin Reis. I met Brady for the first time at the cabin up north. Coming from Wisconsin Brady was not afraid to make anyone laugh. It's been amazing to watch Brady grow with Caitlin.

Brother of the Bride. 
He may be 3 years younger but Jordan's heart is bigger. He has always been there to support me: through the bad and good days. Growing up we did not get along, but the minute I left for college something changed. I'm glad it did. Because now I get to have my brother by my side on one of the biggest days of my life.

Oh yes! The 2 year old baby boy is going to be wanting all the attention. There will be plenty of laughs and treats as he carries our rings in his pouch attached to his collar.

The first but no longer the only. Future official Niece from Max's side. It has been an honor to see this one as she is growing up.

Rip's very first work life aunt! It has been a blast watching Cassidy grow in her vet life skills. So honored to have met her and know her during the fun and crazy times.
