Abram and I met in January 2018 at a college party through mutual friends. As the night went on, our conversation flowed so easily, and we both quickly realized there was something special between us.At the time, we were living in different cities, Abram in San Antonio, where we met, and me in Houston. Despite the distance, we decided to take a chance on each other. We spent hours talking every day, and before long, weekend trips became part of our routine as we took turns visiting and exploring each other’s cities.After about six months, we took a leap of faith and moved in together in San Antonio, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.Over the years, we’ve faced challenges head-on and grown both together and individually. We’ve supported each other through earning our undergraduate and graduate degrees, achieving career milestones, and reaching personal goals, all while encouraging one another to become the best versions of ourselves.At the heart of it all, we are truly best friends, and we can’t imagine a life without each other.
