Our Wedding

<p>In the summer of 2024, Madison and Isaac first met while serving at Johnathan Creek Crossings camp. It would be fun to say it was "love at first sight," but it definitely was not. The #1 mission of the summer was to proclaim the Gospel, through activities such as Bible study, cooking, and cleaning. Once the summer ended and the contract was officially over, Isaac pursued Madison with the intent of getting to know her on a more personal level outside of camp. They immediately started long distance dating as Isaac went to Ouachita Baptist University and Madison went to Western Kentucky University. There were many FaceTime dates that lasted way too many hours, and the gas tanks of Isaac’s car were depleted. The rest really flowed from there... God brought the two together and it was clear they were meant to be. When it came time to figure out plans for Summer 2025, Madison was led to work at camp again while Isaac worked in a factory to save up for a pretty piece of jewelry. The summer brought about a lot of obstacles, but God continued to show His faithfulness to the couple. Isaac handwrote Madison a letter for her to read every single morning before a 16 hour day of serving. As the Fall approached, it was time for Isaac to propose to Madison. After a lot of prayer and preparation, Isaac asked Madison to marry him on October 10th, 2025, and of course she giggled with a huge YES! The story truly is just beginning now, and it will be a beautiful sight to see how God changes their lives through the gift of marriage.</p>
