Something that says "classy BBQ" - the entire event will take place outside. There will be a tent for seating/eating and an open barn for dancing! Guys: Jacket not required! But we should be able to tell you're here for a wedding and not to work the farm ;) Gals: Leave the stilettos at home, you will have to walk uphill to reach the ceremony location. For those who struggle with mobility, there will be accommodations.

Newbury is a very small town and is home to less than 2500 people. It's a classic New England town with beautifully maintained homes, a general store, and plenty of farmland. If you're looking to stay active, head over to Tucker Mountain for a pre-wedding hike. You'll be ~ 1 hour southwest of Vermont's capital city, Montpelier.

Unfortunately, no. Newbury is a fairly remote area and difficult to coordinate transportation. Uber is not available in the area. There is plenty of parking on site for those who drive!

The nearest commercial hotels are located in Lebanon, NH. There are a few boutique hotels near Dartmouth College. There are several beautiful Air BnBs in the area (I only listed a few on this website). We were unable to secure any group transportation, so please plan to have a designated driver if you choose to booze! Interested in drinking during the celebrations? May we suggest bringing a brother/friend/babysitter to be your chauffeur? Everyone loves a trip up North!
