What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our ceremony will promptly start at 5:30 pm. You are welcome to start arriving around 4:45 pm but please no later than 5:15 pm.
What is the dress code?
Our dress code will be cocktail attire. Be mindful that we will be on a golf course and must respect their dress code as well, please no jeans.
Is the event indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will be held outside on a paved road. Dinner and reception to follow will be indoors.
Will there be on open bar?
Unfortunately, we were not able to provide an open bar. However, there will be a cash bar that opens after the ceremony concludes. Please bring cash accordingly.
Are kids welcome?
Although we would love to celebrate with your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. We have listed all of the invited guests on the invitation and we ask that you please refer to that with any questions.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! The golf course is open to the public, with plenty of parking. Cars are allowed to be left overnight and can be picked up the following day. If you do plan on drinking, plan ahead and download the Uber and/or Lyft app!
What is the best way to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?
We have included the RSVP cards and return envelopes with the invitations. Please mail then back through USPS with enough time for us to receive them. We ask that you RSVP no later than April 30th, 2024.

Salad
Caesar salad
- House made caesar dressing and parmesan crisps
Sides
- Garlic whipped potatoes
- Green chili mac and cheese
Entrees
Roasted Chicken Caprese
- Smoked mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, lemon beurre blanc, balsamic reduction.
Salmon
- Topped with spicy Thai chili beurre blanc
Dry rubbed marinated Tri-Tip
Zoodles aglio e olio (vegan)
- Garlic and red chili infused extra virgin olive oil sautéed vegetables over zucchini/ squash noodles.
I have dietary restrictions/ allergies. What is the best way to let you know?
The caterer is included with the venue and is able to make adjustments if needed. Please include anything you feel we should be aware of on the RSVP card. We have to submit our final count 3 weeks prior to our wedding day, May 11, 2024.
Are there hotel blocks available?
Unfortunately, we did not set up any accommodations such as room blocks with any location. Please check out the Travel page to get some ideas of places to stay while in town.
Can we bring gifts?
We will have a cards and gifts table set up. However, since we are no longer local to Nevada and have limited space due to travel we ask that if you wish to buy a gift that you ship it to our home in Texas. There will be a box for cards if you would like to share love that way.
