The bride and groom strongly encourage that you book through our wedding specialist, Natalie Bradford, to assure the best price (she price matches!), proximity to one another via the room block, and - honestly- the bride and groom receive mega-savings for booking through her! The more rooms booked into our room block through Natalie, the more parties we have as a group. 😊 She knows everything there is to know about the wedding, and can probably answer your questions better than anyone. Important Travel Information
Madison & Nikhil are excited to invite you to their wedding at the fun filled Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Mexico on May 29th-May 30th, 2025.
They have a block of rooms set aside for their guests, and strongly encourage that you book your travel arrangements with their dedicated wedding specialist team, Natalie Bradford and Stephanie Monroe at Destination Weddings. By booking within the group you will be assured of no additional charges to attend any of the wedding functions; a fee of $100 per person per event will be added for anyone booked outside of our specialist per HOTEL guidelines.

FAQ Travel Questions:
1. PASSPORTS are required & must be valid 6 months past travel
2. RATES LISTED in the RESERVATION REQUEST BOX are "PER PERSON" .... NOT "Per Night"!
3. DEPOSIT is just $50 per person ($100 per room) to secure your room and is non refundable unless travel insurance is purchased.
4. RESERVATION BALANCE is due on or before February 8th, 2025.
5. ALL-INCLUSIVE - rates include all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!), non-motorized water sports, taxes & dining gratuities.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional but HIGHLY recommended. If Travel Insurance is declined, all monies paid toward this booking are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited if cancelled or you do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled. Travel insurance, once purchased, is non-refundable.
7. SHARED TRANSFERS to and from the airport to the resort (6-8 passenger vans) are included in your package.
8. RESORT CREDIT $200 PER ROOM PER NIGHT
9. FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. The closest airport is Cancun (CUN). We are happy to advise you regarding the least expensive option for flights.
