Q + A

Can I bring a plus one?

We appreciate that you want to share our special day with a date, but unfortunately we can only allow so many people into the venue. The guests listed on the invitation are the only guests allowed.

Can I bring my children?

No, sadly. We would like to be child-free as there will be alcohol served. We will miss your kiddos though!

Will there be parking on-site?

Yes. The venue assured us that they will mark off parking for the ceremony the day before.

Where do I RSVP?

On the Save the Date there is a link at the bottom to our registry and our RSVP page. If you still cannot find it please message Cullen or I using the number at the bottom of the page :)

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by no later than March 15th.

Where are you registered?

We are currently registered through Target, Amazon, and Pottery Barn. As mentioned in the question above, there is a link on our Save the Date to our registry as well as a tab here on our website.

Can I take photos?

During the ceremony we ask that you put away any cameras or cell phones as we have hired a professional photographer to document our special day. However, during the reception we have a special opportunity for our guests to use their own phones to capture candid photos!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, this venue is Handicap accessible.

Directions

We are having our Ceremony and Reception at Twilight on Seneca in Lodi, NY. Please use this address for directions. 9027 NY-414, Lodi, NY 14860

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so please make sure to arrive 30-45 minutes early to make sure that there is enough time to park and make your way into the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony is indoors inside the Main Barn, the reception will be outdoors. We will include complimentary bug spray and repellant for those who wish to use it.

What is the dress code? How do I account for weather?

Please dress in formal attire. The color scheme for our wedding party is cobalt blue and grey. As for weather conditions, keep your fingers crossed for cloudless blue skies! Since our wedding will be towards the end of May, we would recommend light fabrics as it most likely will be a bit it on the warmer side!

What types of food will be served?

We well be serving hors d'oeuvres and light drinks for cocktail hour while the wedding party and immediate family has their pictures taken followed by a buffet style dinner with three main meal options. We will try to accommodate everyone's meal preferences but please understand that we cannot make the food 100% allergy free or up to dietary needs.
