Damon and I met on Tinder, just like every other couple does nowadays. Damon and I had a pretty instant connection, we enjoy a lot of similar things. For example: We love video games, trying new foods, and animals. If you truly know Damon and I we both are avid animal lovers. (We currently have 8 in total). Damon and I had talked for about a week or so before we went out together. He picked me up for our date and we went and ate at a local Mexican restaurant: Agave Azul. (He says it was Dos Amigos but they had already shut down and became Agave Azul). Our date was a bit awkward we both were a little bit nervous I believe. We ended up going back to his house and playing video games, we had so much fun playing Mario Party. He took me home and kissed me for the first time, I knew then he was probably going to be a special part in my life. The next morning he took me out for Baxters coffee ( Coffee is a BIG love language for me). We talked everyday, despite our conflicting schedules. One night in March of 2023 he was working, I asked if he needed me to go check on his two pups and he said sure that I could. It is now an ongoing joke that I spent that night keeping the dogs company while he was at work and I just never left!

We matched on tinder, went to Snapchat fairly quickly. Talked most of the night and then didn’t talk for about a week. Then we started messaging again, and agreed to a first date. We both said we liked Mexican food, so I asked if she had tried dos amigos (now agave azul) in burnside. She hadn’t, so we decided to go there. We were both awkward but had a good meal together. We went back to the house so she could meet the pups, ended up playing video games. We spent a lot of time together until she came over to watch the pups while I was working. Maddi stayed and never left, something me and pups are happy for.
