The welcome party will be held on Friday, August 8th, 2025 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at the Petoskey Farms Vineyard & Winery located at 3720 Atkins Rd, Petoskey, MI 49770. Come on by to enjoy some wine, wood-fired pizzas and light bites!! Due to the local noise ordinance, please arrive promptly at 7:30pm as we will have to depart the winery by 9:30pm. There is plenty of parking at the vineyard.

The wedding will be held on Saturday, August 9th, 2025 from 3:30pm to 10:30pm at the Charlevoix Yacht Club located at 220 Ferry Ave, Charlevoix, MI 49720.

Please be seated no more than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time of 3:30pm. Please keep in mind that the Charlevoix bridge lifts every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour (i.e, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, etc.), so please take this into account when arriving to the wedding ceremony.

Yes, there is a parking lot dedicated to Charlevoix Yacht Club. If necessary, there is additional parking at Ferry Beach Park.

We kindly request that guest come in black tie/formal attire. For gentleman, that would be a suit and tie. For ladies, this is long gown. Please feel free to have fun with it, colors and patterns are welcome!

Although we love all of your children, we have decided to have an adults-only welcome party and wedding. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out celebrating with us!
