Our ceremony start time is 4:30 pm so we ask that guests arrive between 3:45-4:00 pm as we will have 2 guest books & to ensure timely seating.

Cocktail!

Yes! We will be having an open bar with 2 signature cocktails, beer, and wine. Please no outside drinks as our venue prohibits outside drinks being brought in.

Yes! Please include the children attending with you in your RSVP so we can ensure we have an accurate count for our caterer! Just please keep in mind there will be an open bar and the venue is located on the lake however they do not allow swimming.

We have listed a few hotels in the travel tab that are close to the venue & have great reviews! Please do not feel obligated to choose from those that are listed & stay wherever is convenient for you. Unfortunately it is also race weekend so we were unable to get a discount price at one of the local hotels. Please keep in mind that hotels & Airbnb’s in Bristol may be more expensive as well due to the race. We look forward to seeing you!!
