Our Wedding

It was a warm night on Cinco De Mayo in the year 2021 at nearby Sports Bar. The Crowd was getting more riled, the game was on every screen in the room, the sounds of drinks clinking and the scent of grilled food and spices were in the air. Maddie’s niece and now Maid of Honor, Kayla called her and suggested for her to drive down to meet her for a few drinks and Kayla told Maddie that she had someone she wanted to introduce her to. Being a homebody at the time, Maddie was hesitant of stepping out of her comfort bubble, but after a couple of pulls over the phone she gave in, got dressed and drove down to see who this mystery man that Kayla keeps urging for Maddie to meet. As soon as Maddie found them in the crowd outside, that was the first time Maddie and Steven met eyes with each other and after that evening, Maddie was thankful for that night because from then on her world was about to change.&nbsp; It went from their clumsy memorable first date, where they were both feeling Butterflies while getting to know each other on the car ride on their way to Miguels Restaurant while going through songs on each other’s playlist. From a brief night over drinks and nervously tripping over sentences and cups accidentally tipping over, and sharing many moments of laughter and being each others pillars, to Steven getting down on one knee to Maddie on the brisky afternoon of January 7th, 2023 at Salt Creek Beach and that is when they started to step into their new Chapter of their Novel.&nbsp;
