Velines Station is approximately 5 miles from the venue. Bergerac Airport is 28 miles, or a 35-45 minute drive from the venue. There are common routes to Bergerac connecting through San Francisco SFO, Washington IAD, and New York JFK. Bordeaux Airport is approximately 45 miles, or about a 1h drive, from the venue. There are many direct flights from the US to Bordeaux including from Washington DC, Dallas, Denver, and Chicago. In addition, there are 20 flights per day between Paris and Bordeaux, should you instead connect through Paris.

Chateau De Sanse

We are over the moon that you will be joining us to celebrate our wedding! As part of our commitment to making your stay comfortable and hassle-free, we have arranged accommodations and meals for our all of our guests at Chateau de Sanse. To secure your accommodations, we kindly request that you make a payment of $300 USD per person ($600 per couple) by April 15, 2025. Please Venmo us @Austin-Smith-1428, and let us know if you have any questions. This amount covers your stay for the whole weekend. Please note that your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your payment by the deadline. We look forward to having you celebrate with us and creating lasting memories together. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

What time is check in/out? 

Check in begins at 2:00 PM on Friday the 16th. Check out is by 11:00 AM on Monday the 19th. Room assignments will be provided at check in and the amazing staff at the Sanse will make you feel right at home!

What time is breakfast? 

Breakfast will be served each morning from 8:00- 10:00 AM. Additionally, on Saturday, a light lunch will be served before guests transfer to the Wedding venue.

What is the tourist tax? Did you pre-pay that? 

Unfortunately, we were not able to pre-pay the tourist tax as our host Sandra, needs the payment in the name of the guests in the room. It will be a small fee due at check out, approximately 2-3 euros per person, per night.

Are food and drinks available for purchase, and what forms of payment can I use? 

Certainly! Meals will be catered and we have a drinks package arranged. However, if you desire something additional beyond this, the bar at the Sanse will be open and accepts all major credit cards (apart from American Express and Apple Pay) or cash (in Euros).
