What are the details for the Friday Welcome Drinks?
Guests may join us from 7:30-10:30pm at the Carinthia Base Lodge, at Mount Snow to kick off our wedding weekend with us! Please note, this event will just be light bites & drinks so we encourage our guests to grab dinner in town prior to the event. A list of recommended restaurants is on our "Restaurants & Dining" page.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided for guests staying at Farm Road Estate or the Mount Snow Grand Summit Hotel.

What is the wedding attire for guests?
Attire is Formal.
Men in suits & ties.
Ladies may wear midi to floor length dresses.
Please note, the ceremony will take place in the grass, cocktail hour will be outdoors on the deck/cobblestone, and reception will be under a tent on stone.
What time does the wedding start?
We ask our guests to arrive at Farm Road Estate at 4:00pm as our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. As the ceremony is planned to be outside, there is a chance it will be sunny (we hope!) We recommend bring sunglasses if that is the case!
What if there is inclement weather?
Our ceremony & cocktail hour will be moved indoors at Farm Road Estate. The reception will still take place in the tent with enclosed walls if there is weather in the area.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Farm Road Estate has limited parking available. Guests must park in designated parking areas as street parking is strictly prohibited.
