Due to limited space and budget, we are only able to accommodate the guests on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your rsvp.

The answer is YES. If we do not receive an RSVP from you by our September 1st deadline, we will accept that you can’t make it & count you as a “decline”. This is because we must provide an exact head count to our venue and our caterer within a certain time frame. If you miss the deadline please reach out to the bride,groom or the Brides mother.

We're keeping the wedding adults-only. We love your little ones, but we want everyone to have a chance to relax and enjoy themselves. Your understanding and support in this matter are greatly appreciated.

We kindly request that you dress in formal, semi-formal, or cocktail attire.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Yes! There will be a a variety of alcohol available including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We ask that you drink responsibly and remember that our venue is in the mountains and there will be dark and windy country roads.

There will be a designated smoking area for you to enjoy your cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. We kindly request that you do not smoke marijuana so that all of our guests can enjoy the evening.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow the directions below. Directions from I-64: Take exit 121 Scottsville/Charlottesville Head towards Scottsville onto Route 20 South (for appx 16 miles) Take a left onto James River Road (route 726) Arrive at a stop sign and take a LEFT onto Blenheim Road The sign for Mount Ida Farm and Vineyard will be on the right. Cross through the iron gates and take an Immediate Left. Follow the road and you will see where to park.
