While at NDSU her freshman year Madison worked at the NDSU Dining Center. Crossing paths several times a day with students across campus, she caught the eye of Garrett. It could’ve been the stunning dining center uniform, the sweet smile and hello, or the extra chicken nuggets. Heck maybe even all three, we guess nobody will ever know.

Towards the end of the school year Madison & Garrett ran into each other at the NDSU Wellness Center and exchanged numbers not knowing what to expect. They talked on and off throughout the summer and went on a date for smoothies the following school year when back on Campus.

After that smoothie date, Garrett & Madison both knew there was something special. They each knew they found their person. They dated throughout the rest of college and on past that. Sharing in some pretty great and special experiences together; going to the National Championship games in Frisco, studying together to get through finals and earning degrees, Enjoying spring break trips together, going on to purchase their first home together, getting engaged, and then buying a puppy (Millie).

They cannot wait to spend the rest of their lives together and take on each adventure together.
