Boston is only an hour and fifteen minutes away! Whether you love learning about history or spending time shopping, there's lots to do here! Some of the couple's favorite things to do in Boston are to visit the New England Aquarium, window shop on Newbury Street, walk around the Boston Commons, and learn about the historical sites.
Turn our wedding into your vacation! Spend a day or two on the cape. There's beaches and interesting restaurants all along the strip. Or you can go visit Heritage Museum and Gardens, which is Madison's favorite date place ever! Also somewhat close by is Marshfield Hills General Store. Fans of The Office would love that one because Steve Carell owns it. Sometimes you can buy autographed merch, but make sure to buy some for the couple if you're lucky enough to catch it!
The capital of Rhode Island is only 45 minutes away! There's a zoo, museums, and plenty of interesting restaurants. You can get some shopping done downtown or check out one of the US's oldest libraries.
One of Madison's favorite places in New England and her dream place to live! Newport is full of shopping and beautiful mansions. The Breakers may seem stuffy, but its a lot of fun to tour! Catch a ride on a sailboat to get the best view of the water and pretend you're old money.
A little less than two hours away is Tenzin's recommendation. It's the biggest amusement park in New England and full of fun rides! There's not much else to do in western Massachusetts, but Six Flags is worth the trip.
