Met at the University of Idaho in 2016. Travis started working as an athletic trainer at Washington State University after completing his Master's degree, while Madison was finishing her senior year at the University of Idaho.

Started a long distance relationship when Madison moved to Washington DC to begin her nursing degree.

Multiple cross country visits to and from Washington and Washington DC over the course of two years to see each other

Madison completes her Master's in nursing at Georgetown University with plans on moving back to Seattle to be closer to her family and Travis

Madison accepts a position at Seattle Children's Hospital, now making our long distance relationship slightly shorter. ~5 hour drive vs 5 hour flight~

Travis accepts a position at the University of Washington with the softball team and we finally make our relationship local (:

We buy our first home together in Seattle with our fur baby Dexter <3

Travis proposes with both of our families present to celebrate the engagement together!
