HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM?

Please fill out the RESERVATION FORM (Link is also below) so that our travel agent can book and reserve your room at our resort for a discounted rate.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS 1?

We kindly request that only invited guests whose names are on the invitation attend the wedding.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

We have opted for an adults-only celebration to ensure all our guests can fully enjoy the festivities. Thank you for respecting our decision, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We are requesting all of our guests to dress in a beach formal attire. Opt for breathable, lightweight fabrics to stay comfortable in the beach environment. Feel free to include fun prints and colors, avoiding anything too loud.

For women:

• Mid, or maxi-length dresses are encouraged.

• Since stilettos are a hazard on the sand, wear chunky heels, wedges or dressy sandals.

For men:

• A dress shirt (long or short-sleeved)

• Dress pants, slacks or khakis (no shorts)

• Dress shoes or loafers (no sandals or flip-flops)

• A tie is optional and can be worn if desired

• You can wear a blazer or a breathable sport coat, but it's not mandatory

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND/OR ALLERGIES?

When filling out the RESERVATION FORM, you will prompted to list any dietary restrictions and/or allergies for the wedding.

For dining at the resort, you will be responsible for communicating any dietary restrictions and/or allergies you have with staff.

CAN I STAY AT A DIFFERENT RESORT OTHER THAN THE ONE RECOMMENDED?

We are kindly requiring that all guests stay at Excellence El Carmen. This choice was made for convenience, group rates, and seamless coordination. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together at the wedding!
