For those of you who responded YES to needing transportation: 

We are providing transportation to and from the venue for your convenience!

A bus will pick up guests from the Holiday Inn at 3:00 PM and will depart promptly at 3:10 PM to head to the venue, arriving around 3:30 PM. Please do not be late—once the bus leaves, it will not return!

After the reception, transportation back to the hotel will be provided via the same bus and two 14-passenger vans. The bus holds 55 people—the bridal party and their significant others will ride back on the bus, along with any remaining available seats for other guests. The rest of our guests will ride back in the two vans. With that being said, please do not leave any items on the bus when you arrive to the venue as you may end up riding in one of the sprinter vans depending on spacing. The bus will be loading up around 1030pm and pulling out of the venue by 1045 pm. 

If your room isn’t ready for check-in before you leave for the ceremony, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with the front desk, or you can keep it in your car and grab it once we return to the hotel after the wedding.

Once back at the hotel, feel free to hang out downstairs in the lounge area, and for those feeling hungry (or just in the mood), Waffle House is right next door—you will definitely see us there!
