The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM with music beginning at 4:00PM. Please plan on arriving no later than 4:15PM to ensure everyone is seated on time!

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please. The front few rows will be reserved for immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know, (or their plus one or partner).

To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab on the home page of the website or scan the QR code on your reply card sent with the invitation. You will then be prompted to type the name(s) listed on your invitation envelope. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group.

Kindly RSVP before August 9th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the earliest opportunity! If you have not RSVP’d by the deadline, we will have to count you as a ‘no’, so we can get our final headcount to the venue. Thanks so much for understanding, we really hope to see you there!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event aside from the kids in the wedding party. We appreciate you understanding and hope you are able to make arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Our wedding is by invitation only. If you have a plus one indicated on your invitation when you RSVP, then you are welcome to bring a plus one!

Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony." We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all of our ceremony moments! We ask that you please wait for the cocktail hour and reception to use your phone/devices. We encourage you to take all the photos and videos you'd like at that time.

We would love for our guests to dress up with us! The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire. We recommend sports coats and slacks for the men and cocktail dresses for the ladies!

Both the ceremony and reception space have free parking on site with easy access to the venue.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors! Weather permitting, there is a beautiful outdoor patio at Occasions for our guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception!

We recommend Cleveland Hopkins International as it may be the cheapest and most convenient option, though it is roughly 50 minutes from the venue. There is also Akron Canton Regional Airport, which is closer, however they only operate with a few airlines, so the options may be more limited. For our out-of-town guests, or anyone who would like hotel accommodations, we have blocked off rooms at the Comfort Inn & Suites at Akron South. Please see the Travel tab above for more detailed information on the hotel block. If you would rather stay in an AirBnB or VRBO, we recommend looking near New Franklin, OH or Portage Lakes.

Yes! The bar will be open from 6:00PM-11:00pm. We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps, (Lyft/Uber), for transportation if you plan on drinking!
