Fall of 2014 Nicholas got a glimpse of Madison when he was finishing football practice and she was at cheer practice. He found out they had a close mutual friend and started to ask her questions to learn a little more about her. He then was able to get her number and send her text message on October 11th 2014. They went on their first date with another couple to the movies and that is when Madison knew she was in trouble because she really liked him. He asked her to be his girlfriend on December 27th, 2014. They then talked everyday since then.

Flash forward 10 years and Nicholas and Madison were spending their 10 years of dating in South Lake Tahoe. The weather hadn't been the best and Nicholas was trying to find the best place to ask the question. He then thought that if they took the gondola to the top of the mountain it would be sunny and it was. They then walked around the observation deck and he put the tripod up and pretended to take a picture but really he got down on one knee and asked Madison to be is wife.

Nicholas and Madison are so excited for this next step in their life and know they are meant to be. God really blessed them with each other and they thank Him everyday and can't wait to see what He has planned for them.
