When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 15th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. We really appreciate timely responses as our venue requires a final guest count well in advance.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes. The hotel block is linked with our discount code under the 'Travel' tab.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Doors open at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Transportation will be provided.
Is there a dress code for the welcome party?
Yes — we’re hosting a White Out evening! We kindly ask all guests to wear white attire to celebrate against Santorini’s stunning backdrop. Think crisp, elegant, and effortlessly chic — light fabrics and a Mediterranean glow.
Can I bring a Guest/Date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name on the website when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Is there transportation to the venue?
Yes. There will be transportation provided from The Costa Grand Hotel to and from the venue.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which will be shared with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... get ready to party!
Is there a dress code?
Please join us in Formal Chic attire: refined and stylish, with a light and modern Mediterranean touch.
Our bridesmaids will be wearing soft yellow, so we recommend guests choose complementary or neutral tones for a cohesive look.
For Women:
Wedges or block heels are encouraged for walking on stone paths.
For Men:
Lightweight suits or tailored trousers with a dress shirt or blazer. Ties are optional but welcome. Loafers or dress shoes — no sneakers, please.
Tip: The sun is strong — sunglasses are welcome during the ceremony. A light wrap or jacket is recommended for the evening breeze.
