You could also book transport by going to the Haven Riviera Cancun website, clicking Airport Transfers, and filling out the information. After reviewing the request, the resort will reach out via email or phone and confirm transportation.

No, you are not able to make reservations ahead of time. Once you arrive, you will use the resort app on your phone to make reservations for restaurants. These reservations open up at 6 AM daily on the app for all guests. Tip: Set an alarm anywhere from 6 AM-8 AM and you'll have plenty of restaurants and time slots to choose from!

We are asking guests to wear dressy beach casual attire. Think light and breathable clothing, tropical prints, and beach inspired colors- have fun with it! The Fire Pit is half deck, and half sand so take that into consideration when choosing shoes.

We are asking that guests dress in garden cocktail attire. Think stylish yet comfortable light weight fabrics, floral patterns, and your favorite spring color. Consider bringing a jacket or sweater in case the Sunset Terrace gets a bit chilly at night!

Besides chilling at either of the main pools (where we will be most of the time), you can walk the beach, have a treatment at the spa, play table games like pingpong, and play basketball, volleyball or tennis on their courts. They also have activities everyday that you can participate in like cocktail tastings, yoga/aerobic classes, or a marcarme workshop.
