Maddie and Dan met in the summer of 2018 as coworkers at the Lemonball Lemonade stand behind third base at the Akron Rubber Ducks stadium. It was love at first shake! More than five years later, Maddie was caught by surprise when Dan led her to home plate at the very same stadium and asked her to marry him. Now they are getting married in downtown Canton, near where they spent many nights at Milestone Board Game Bar and George's Lounge (where they had their first date!) playing games and catching up with old friends.
