Let her know which room you would like (from their website) or how many people you need to stay in the room so she can find a room that suits your needs. Let her know the dates you will need the room and that you are attending our wedding. She will help you with booking and can also provide you with pricing. Silvia working M-F from 9 AM to 12 PM so keen this in mind when you are awaiting a reply. These rooms are available on a first come first serve basis.

We are in the process of booking round-trip transportation with our wedding planner from Siena to Trequanda for our guests. We ask that our guests take a train from Florence to Siena. From Siena we will provide transportation to and from Trequanda and to your specific hotel/accommodation within the area. Transportation provided will be on Monday, June 19, 2023 into Trequanda. Transportation will also be provided on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from Trequanda back to Siena. If you plan to arrive later than Monday, June 19th or would like to leave prior to Thursday, June 22nd you will be responsible for your own transportation. A specific time frame is still being determined. In addition, we plan to provide transportation the evening of the pizza party as well as the evening of the wedding to and from the venue.
