What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us. We are requesting that all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor-length gowns, dressy jumpsuits, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits, tuxes, or button down shirts with dress pants and a tie or bowtie (please no jeans or hats). We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the weather and the venue's vibe. If you are unsure- it's always better to be overdressed than underdressed! Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This means no phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we get them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

When should I RSVP?

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is November 1st.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by November 1st, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one or would like to know if we are inviting other household family members they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

We love all the little ones, but we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. Unless your invitation has their names included, they are not invited. We encourage you to use this as a date night!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allot time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 4:00pm will be asked to wait by the cocktail hour area until the ceremony has concluded.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting, but the reception will be inside.

Where should I park?

Our venue has free on-site parking. Overnight parking is allowed, but cars must be picked up before 9am.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We will have mixed drinks, beer, wine, and more!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

We are paying for a bartending service who will be handling all alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other beverages onto the premises.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Our venue, Forever 5 Events, is a non-smoking venue in certain areas. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the pond deck attached to the reception hall or within 20 feet of any building or structure on the property. There are designated smoking areas for anyone who would like to smoke: Area #1 is on the brown deck to the left of the reception hall, and Area #2 is in the far right-hand corner of the cocktail area near the white fence. We kindly ask for everyone’s cooperation in respecting these guidelines. The venue has let us know that any smoking within the restricted areas will result in a $250 fine to the guest responsible. Thank you so much for helping us keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone!
