While we love your little ones, we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We have a special request for social media. We ask that guests refrain from posting any photos featuring the newly married couple online until we have made our first official post. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. After the ceremony is over, have at it!

Easterwood Airport (CLL) is located in College Station, TX, the twin city next to Bryan, TX (about 6 miles from the venue). The only airline that flies in and out of Easterwood is American Airlines. Other options are: William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Dallas Love Field (DAL)

Both the wedding ceremony and reception venue will be the Astin Mansion. The address is: 506 W 26th St, Bryan, TX 77803

With Bryan/College Station being a college town, there are a lot of Uber or Lift drivers. Depending on where you are staying, you could even walk.

No, there will not be a shuttle to or from the hotels. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation (Uber or Lyft is recommended).

Right now we only have a limited number of rooms blocked out at the LaSalle Hotel. If these rooms are no longer available, I would recommend checking out Airbnb or Vrbo in the surrounding area of the venue. I have several recommended Airbnb options listed under the "Travel" page on this website.

Parking is available across the street from the venue.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in front of the Astin Mansion. Cocktail hour will take place outside in the backyard of the Astin Mansion. The reception will take place both indoors and outdoors of the Astin Mansion.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception serving beer, wine, seltzers, and the couples signature drinks.
