Maddy and Blake’s love story began in January 2024, when they were introduced by Blake’s incredible sister, Kate. They hit it off later that summer during one of the Rustand family’s annual Lake Powell trips. Blake knew Maddy was legit when she fearlessly jumped off a 70-foot cliff into the water with him!

Their journey continued with a first date on June 5th, 2024, and just a few weeks later, on June 22nd, they officially became a couple.

Fast forward to February 7th, 2025, Blake proposed to Maddy, and they can’t wait to be married and sealed for time and all eternity in the Orem Temple and continue their love story!
