The reception will be ~30 minutes away from town/hotels. There will be 2 busses, each making a single trip to the social hour/reception that are able to take 29 people each. One bus will leave from the Holiday Inn (Ft. Pierre) & the other from the Ramkota & Clubhouse (Pierre). *If the Ft. Pierre bus is not completely filled, it will swing by the Ramkota & Clubhouse hotels to pickup overflow until the bus is full. There will also be 3 busses providing transportation from the reception back to town toward the end of the evening. Seating on these will also be first come first serve. If you plan to take the bus home at the end of the night & will not be riding one out, please carpool there & plan accordingly to be able to get your vehicle the next day. *Busses will only pickup from & drop off at the above mentioned hotels. They will not make stops at any others despite requests. Please plan accordingly. *Busses will not exceed capacity limits, no exceptions. Capacity: 29 people/bus.
