The ceremony and reception will be at The St. Regis Deer Valley.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the Grand Lawn and the Mountain Terrace. Dinner and dancing will be in our tent on the Astor Terrace.

We love your children, but we politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!

Transportation will be provided from the Silver Baron Lodge to The St. Regis. Shuttles will pick up at 3:30pm for a 4pm ceremony. Shuttles will begin running again at 9pm taking guests back to the Silver Baron Lodge at the end of the night. Valet is provided by the hotel if you choose to drive.

Wedding day attire is formal. Gentlemen are welcome to wear a formal dark suit and a tie or a tuxedo if preferred. Ladies are welcome to wear a floor-length dress or gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.

Park City is 7,000 feet above sea level and The St. Regis Deer Valley is nearly 8,000 feet above sea level. This elevation can cause fatigue and/or headaches the first day or two as your body adjusts. Staying well hydrated is essential! We recommend drinking at least twice as much water as you normally would and easing into the festivities (when possible!).
