Sam and I met in July of 2020 over FaceTime through a mutual friend, Carmela. I was in Michigan visiting Carmela and she was FaceTiming Holden, her boyfriend now of 3.5 years and Sam's best friend. Holden and Sam were hanging out that night so that's how I met him over the phone. We quickly became friends and started talking shortly after. We found out we both were going to Mississippi State and living in the same dorm! We started dating October 5, 2020 and got engaged December 15, 2023.
