Luke and I met in the fall of 2020 through our sweet friend, Savannah. (You'll see her at the wedding!) We hit it off right away and discovered we had many things in common, like our love of the outdoors and Tex-Mex food. The picture on the left is our very first picture together, on a climbing trip just a couple of weeks after we met. We had no idea what we were in for!

Our friendship grew over several months, eventually leading to an incredible first date... then an amazing second date, a wonderful third date, and many special dates after that. It didn't take long for us to realize we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.

Over the course of two years, we found ourselves on countless adventures together. We spent two summers in Colorado working different jobs and squeezing in as many weekend visits as possible. We hiked, biked, climbed, danced, laughed, and ate a lot of tacos. We graduated from Texas A&M University (Whoop!), Luke started grad school, and I began my career in education. Now, we're engaged and counting down the days till we embark on our next big adventure - marriage!
