Transportation via bus will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Hilton garden Inn in Haymarket. Guests may also drive to the venue, if desired. The venue offers onsite parking as well. ***Shuttle pickup time will be provided when we get closer to the date***

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the evening, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors, with the option to relax and dance by the pool after dinner. Attire is evening garden party semi-formal. We invite guests to wear summer evening attire suited for an outdoor ceremony on the lawn and dancing under the stars. Suits or dress shirts with slacks are encouraged for men, while midi/maxi dresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are perfect for women. Please keep the outdoor setting in mind when selecting footwear.

We can’t wait to celebrate this special weekend with the people closest to us. To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, invitations are reserved for those named on the invitation and envelope.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding weekend is reserved for adults only. We truly appreciate your understanding and help with making arrangements in advance.

Please arrive between 4:30-4:45, the ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.
