Where is the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony will be held at The Butterfly House while reception will be held at Turner Hall.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 2 pm. Reception starts at 5:30 pm
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
You can do either! There is a link on the home page of our website to RSVP!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 1, 2022!
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable, we want you to enjoy this day just as much as us! Ladies, please no white, beige, or ivory.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Yes! Please visit the 'travel' tab on the website or contact Madisyn with any questions.
Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?
Yes! There is also handicap accessible parking as well.
Can I bring a plus one?
Please contact either Justin or Madisyn.
Can I bring my children?
Yes! If you have questions or concerns please contact Justin or Madisyn.
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Nope! Parking is free at both ceremony and reception venues.
Will there be dancing?
Of course! Come one, come all, after all, it is a big celebration. Who wouldn't want to dance?
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please reach out to Madisyn as soon as possible.
When are we allowed to take photos?
Cell phone usage will not be allowed during the ceremony, so we ask you to please refrain from doing so until the end of the ceremony.
Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
Yes! Feel free to take and post pictures after we are announced Mr & Mrs using #SwansonSquared22 on social media and using our Snapchat filter to help capture the night!
What time is the reception scheduled to end?
Approximately 10 pm. The couple will have one last dance prior to the grand exit.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
