When should I RSVP?
The bride and groom Kindly ask that you RSVP by Monday, October 28th 2024. If you are unable to attend, they would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as they will be sending final headcounts to the venue shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The bride and groom ask that you arrive 30 minute before their 4pm ceremony time. This gives them enough time to be on schedule.
What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm. They would like all guests to arrive at 3:30pm to mingle and have welcome champagne before the ceremony. The gates will close at 3:50pm If you happen to be late, the coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and they will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The bride and groom are asking their guests to dress up with them! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may be a traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length dresses. They ask that you refrain from sneakers
(Air Force, basketball)
Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outdoors.
Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
The bride and groom kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bridal party emerald green, gold, shades of blue or colors reserved for the bride whites, ivories, and creams.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors, we recommend a jacket as it will be December, the reception will be indoors.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to guest counts we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Will there be alcohol?
Yes, we are having an open bar! The bride and groom ask that you drink respectfully and responsibly.
Please utilize a driving service if you are unable to drive.
What should I do if I can't make it to the wedding?
The bride and groom will miss you dearly, but they certainly understand. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let them know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so they can plan accordingly.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is valet parking for all guests.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception the bride and groom will be carefully arranging tables so their guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one).
Can I take pictures of the wedding?
The bride and groom will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony as they would like to see your smiling faces as you enjoy this moment with them. They ask that you please turn off your phone or put it on "do not disturb" and let their amazing photographers take the lead. We will share all the pictures with you after. However, they encourage you to take pictures and videos during the cocktail hour, reception, and the dance.
Can I post pictures of the wedding?
The bride and groom kindly ask that you wait to post pictures until they make the first post. They know you all are excited to share but they have waited years for this day and would love to share the news first! Thank you for understanding.
