The bride and groom ask that you arrive 30 minute before their 4pm ceremony time. This gives them enough time to be on schedule.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm. They would like all guests to arrive at 3:30pm to mingle and have welcome champagne before the ceremony. The gates will close at 3:50pm If you happen to be late, the coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. Yes! The bride and groom are asking their guests to dress up with them! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may be a traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length dresses. They ask that you refrain from sneakers (Air Force, basketball) Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outdoors.

The bride and groom kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bridal party emerald green, gold, shades of blue or colors reserved for the bride whites, ivories, and creams.

Due to guest counts we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Yes, we are having an open bar! The bride and groom ask that you drink respectfully and responsibly. Please utilize a driving service if you are unable to drive.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception the bride and groom will be carefully arranging tables so their guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one).

The bride and groom will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony as they would like to see your smiling faces as you enjoy this moment with them. They ask that you please turn off your phone or put it on "do not disturb" and let their amazing photographers take the lead. We will share all the pictures with you after. However, they encourage you to take pictures and videos during the cocktail hour, reception, and the dance.
