Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Bull Mountain Lodge in Dahlonega, GA. The venue is tucked away in the mountains, just off a quiet dirt road—rustic, peaceful, and perfect for a celebration surrounded by nature.

We kindly ask you to arrive at 3:30 PM to ensure nothing is missed.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Bull Mountain Lodge, located just 20 minutes from Downtown Dahlonega. The lodge is situated off Forest Road 28-1, which is a dirt road. While the road is not too rough and should be accessible for sedans and smaller vehicles, we do want to note that it may be easy to get lost along the way. Unfortunately, there is no phone reception in that area, so we encourage you to pay close attention to the signs guiding you to the venue. We want to make sure you arrive safely and on time to join us for the celebration!

There will be plenty of parking available at Bull Mountain Lodge. To ensure smooth arrival and parking, we will have someone on hand at the lodge to guide vehicles and help direct you to the designated areas. We want everyone to have a stress-free experience as they arrive to celebrate with us!

Our ceremony will be unplugged! We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry—we’ll have a professional photographer capturing all the special memories. However, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during the reception! We can’t wait to see all the fun moments you capture as we celebrate together.

We want you to feel comfortable sharing the day with someone special! Most guests will already have a plus one included in their party on the website RSVP page. If you see a plus one listed when you RSVP, you’re welcome to accept or decline on their behalf and include their name so we can make sure they’re part of the celebration. If you don’t see an option to bring a guest and have questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

We kindly request that guests adhere to a semi-formal dress code for our wedding celebration. For men, this typically means a suit or a dress shirt with slacks or khakis, and for women, a cocktail dress, a nice evening dress, or a dressy jumpsuit would be perfect. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still looking elegant for our special day. We can't wait to see how you all shine in your beautiful attire as we celebrate together!

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as whites, ivories, and creams. We also ask that bright colors and bold patterns be avoided, as we’d love to keep the overall atmosphere elegant and cohesive. We appreciate your understanding and your help in creating a beautiful and memorable celebration for everyone!

For our wedding ceremony, seating will be open, so please feel free to sit wherever you like! However, we kindly ask that you avoid the first two white benches on each side to allow space for our immediate family to be seated. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging the tables so that guests can sit with those they know. Table numbers will be assigned to you, but you’re welcome to choose your specific seat at your assigned table. We hope this arrangement helps everyone feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us!

There will be a Cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. After the ceremony, head to the reception barn and enjoy ice-cold beverages and nice music. The PARTY will start shortly!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible! RSVP deadline is September 1st, 2025.

A Limited Bar will be available at our reception with a variety of drink options for everyone to enjoy! There will be plenty of choices, including beer, seltzers, spiked apple cider, and more. While we want everyone to have a great time, we also want to make sure everyone gets home safely. Please be sure to plan ahead for a safe ride home, whether it’s through a designated driver, ride-sharing service, or another arrangement. Let’s celebrate responsibly and make this day even more memorable!
