Our Wedding

Maegan and Connor met a few years ago, while Connor was selling beer and Maegan was selling wine &amp; liquor. They would cross paths on a weekly basis but they didn’t interact much, aside from the occasional hello, how’s business, etc. Maegan was actually annoyed by Connor at first, because every Monday her day would get backed up over an hour due to Connor’s beer order at Circus Wines in Sea Girt, NJ. Clearly Maegan got over that, because after a quick DM on instagram, numbers were exchanged and they met up at Leggetts in Manasquan on 4th of July weekend. All it took was some 2000s pop hits and a cold Miller Lite for Connor to sweep Maeg off her feet. Even Pat D’Angelo with his shirt open screaming Aerosmith couldn’t scare Maegan away. Connor eventually took Maegan on a proper first date where they dined on sushi and Maegan was mistaken for Connor’s wife (a bit of foreshadowing if you will! Shout out to Bo at Ikko!) The two quickly became inseparable, which meant Connor was now a Dog Dad to Maegan’s beloved dog, Bear. Which is ironic considering his nickname is also Bear. After almost 3 years, a million weddings, and successfully survived football seasons, Connor decided to make this official. Who knew a Giants fan and an Eagles fan could actually fall in love?! Fast forward to Memorial Day weekend 2024 where Connor tricked Maegan into thinking she was going to dinner at his country club, Jumping Brook. “Dinner” actually meant engagement and Connor planned the most perfect evening surrounded by their family and friends. Connor got down on one knee at the first tee box and asked Maegan to marry him, to which she replied “So there’s no dinner?!” and after many happy tears, she did eventually say YES. Maegan and Connor truly feel blessed to be surrounded by so much love and support. They are so excited to share their big day with all of you! See you on 2/6/26!

AFTER PARTYLet’s keep it going, join us for an after party immediately following the reception at the Parlor Bar located inside of TillingHouse. Late night bites to be served &amp; Cash Bar!

THE DAY AFTER Join us at the Court Jester in Aberdeen, NJ the next day after 1:00pm for some hair of the dog and great food. 100% chance you see a McNamara there any time you go. Always get a side of honey mustard!!

For the convenience of our guests, a room block has been reserved under “Wetherby McNamara Wedding” at the Hampton Inn in Neptune. Discounted rate applied the night before also. Please book by 1/3/26 to ensure you receive the discounted rate.
