The doors open at 6pm, the ceremony will start shortly after.

Our desired dress code is cocktail attire. No colors are off limit, wear what makes you feel good!

To reduce travel and cost- all 3 will be held on the second floor of Discovery Place Science. We have that whole level reserved for 4 hours.

Yes, We will be staying at Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City. The address is 230 North College Street Charlotte, NC 28202 We currently have 10 rooms reserved. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be staying with us. The hotel is walking distance from the venue and plenty of restaurants and bars. The group book rate is $165 per night.

The venue is conveniently located walking distance from the hotel. Transportation will not be provided. Feel free to walk, Uber, or drive. Parking at Discovery Place Science will be free.

Unfortunately, this will be an 18+ event with the exception of immediate family members. We are unable to accommodate children or any additional guests.

Absolutely! We do ask that during the ceremony that everyone is respectful of our photographer and does not take pictures at that time. During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you like so long as you are mindful not to block our photographer.

We appreciate your desire to be there for our special day even if you're far away, but we will not have a virtual ceremony. We will be sure to post our pictures as soon as possible.

Please RSVP online as we are not sending out paper invites. If there is any information that you need to let us know such as dietary restrictions just shoot one of us a text!

The reception ends at 10pm. There is no official after party scheduled at this time. Uptown Charlotte has plenty to do and see!

We are having Something Classic cater for appetizers and drinks! There will be a full, open bar as well as a table of snacks. There will not be a full dinner served. On the menu we have margarita pizza, pinwheel sandwiches, tea sandwiches, fruit and potato and vegetable frittatas.

Yes, however we do encourage guests to bring cash to tip the bar tender. They don't allow tip jars so if you wish to do so please hand the tip directly to staff.
