Brandon David Derbyshire, son of David &amp; Brandi Derbyshire, from Ocean Springs, Ms. Growing up Brandon loved to play baseball and golf. Now, he loves to ride four-wheelers and anything that involves hunting and fishing. Brandon is the kindest, most giving, dedicated, and faithful man you will ever meet. Meet Brandon

Maggi Lyn Hestle, daughter of Kim Tidwell &amp; Jason Hestle, from Clinton, Ms. Growing up Maggi loved playing softball and late-night Judy (the Jeep) rides. Now, Maggi Lyn loves doing crafts and being a dog mom. Maggi is joyful, driven, loyal, and has the most beautiful soul. Just being around her will make you light up. She said that's the Nandy in her. Meet Maggi Lyn 

It all started the summer of 2019, our young, wild, and free year. Going out every night, meeting new people, late-night drives. Living the teenage American dream. One night, Maggi and her girls were hanging out, driving around. When they decided to go to a truck meet in the JC Penny's parking lot. Maggi drives to Bryam to pick up a friend of her friend. Who was that friend? That tall boy Brandon "Derb". We went to the truck meet in the JC Penny's parking lot, traveled all over the central Mississippi area, and didn't get home until the next morning. That night we used 2 tanks of gas, ate a lot of ice cream, and became the best of friends. We both were not looking for a relationship so for the next 2 months, we became just inseparable best friends. We spent any free time we had with each other. Fun fact: Maggi didn't know Brandon's real name for the longest time. Everyone called him Derb, so she thought his name was actually Derb. Later down the road on October 17th, 2019 Maggi and Brandon were on the way to Raising Cane's when Brandon crossed over in the middle of an intersection which bothered Maggi. At Cane's, Brandon asked Maggi to be his girlfriend which Maggi jokingly answered back "No, I don't date thugs who violate traffic violations." Now, almost four years of "not dating" later, we bought a house in Brandon, MS, have two fur babies (Lola Belle and Delta Day), and are ENGAGED!!

Where it all started 

On April 1st, 2022, Brandon and Maggi went out to dinner, then later on to a bonfire party in the back of one of our friend's land. Some of our closest friends were there, as well as some new friends. When the song Boyfriend by HARDY started playing, Maggi was so excited that they even knew this song. If you know Maggi, then you know she loves Hardy. She kept saying, "Brandon, they know Hardy!!" Brandon grabbed Maggi's hand to which she replied, "Brandon, I am not dancing with you in front of these people; they are staring at us!" Eventually, Brandon got her up and walked into the headlights of the trucks that were lined up out in the field. Walking out in the headlights, Maggi asked, "Do I get to use my PowerPoint?" (She has had a PowerPoint plan of their wedding even way before they got engaged.) Then with the ring that Brandon got from JC Penny’s , the same JC Penny's that we hung out the night we met. Brandon asked to spend the rest of our lives together. Maggi replied (while laughing the whole time) "YES!!"

Our ceremony will take place outdoors. If we experience inclement weather, we will move the ceremony indoors to the reception area.

What to Wear?

Semi-Formal/ Cocktail attire!Wear whatever you want, but please don't wear white! If you want to coordinate! Here are our colors!!
