Our crazy love story started at the gym, as I’m sure no one is surprised by that. We were part of the “regulars group”, you know the ones that are at the gym everyday at the same time. Im sure it was the hats Maggie always wore that really sealed the deal for Jason.

It wasn’t until months later that we finally went on a date to you guessed it, Mexican. I wish I could say it was instant love after that, but it wasn’t. Maggie in pure Maggie fashion, you could say, encouraged more dates and time together.

Jason finally gave up on his single dad bachelor life and started settling into a sweet blended family adventure. Jason’s boys fell in love with Layleigh girl and Layleigh will never let her brothers too far out of her sight to this day.

Every story has some dark days and boy did we see them. That was until we started putting God at the center, but that’s a story for another time. The unconditional love we found for each other at the right time the right way is one of the greatest joys!

Our story is really a testimony-

two broken people with hardened hearts. We look forward to what God has planned for us in this next chapter.
