From drawing on my face as a baby, to sharing a room growing up, to bartering with high school bullies until they agreed to leave me alone and give her snacks, to sharing a room again as adults and everything in between, my unlikely best friend of a sister has always had my back. I am so honored to have the best hype girl as my Maid of Honor.

Growing up as my older brother, Cole took the job with a fun, caring, and patient attitude. Always making me laugh, letting me win so I wouldn’t throw a tantrum, and making sure we could quote any of our favorite cartoons. He was the type of student where teachers would see DeClerck and say “Cole was one of my favorite students” only to soon realize I was the louder, more troublesome student. Cole is someone I’ve always looked up to and there’s no one better to have by my side.

From choreographed hoola hoop dances in the living room, to Wednesday night slumbos, to sister/kid trips following her across the country, to making me an auntie, my biggest sister has always been my biggest cheerleader. I am so honored to have her as my best woman / matron of honor...and that she supplied three quarters of the cutest flower girls to ever exist.

My soccer playing, trumpet blaring, Spanish speaking, ice cream scooping, Bills loving, and bar hopping partner in crime. I’ve been through it all with him. From navigating through middle & high school, to living together for four years in college, to starting our careers together in NYC. We’ve been a package deal for as long as we can remember. So much so that you'd often find us wearing the same outfit without discussing prior. One of the most influential people in my life. "You the man, baby"

From the friendship table in fifth grade, to sharing a straightener and Facebook throughout middle school and high school, to late night McDonald's runs in college, to planning our weddings together, my 'fun sister' has been there for it all. I am so honored to have her by my side as (almost) matron of honor for the next chapter ahead. You first, little buddy!

Soon after meeting DJ, I noticed he always seemed to follow me. I move across the state to Brooklyn, so does he...three blocks away. I move (back) across the state to Buffalo, so does he...three towns away. Another thing I noticed, him saying “we’ll figure it out” quite a bit. Never afraid of doing something for the first time, as long as YouTube was provided, I always found myself learning when we were together. From installing beams, to driving NYC to Buffalo and back in one day, no challenge was too crazy. Which is why I’m honored to have him by my side for the next adventure. Any advice on marriage? “You’ll figure it out.”
