If you’re looking to explore Alberta and visit the mountains - fly in to Calgary.

We have a room block reserved at the Village Creek Country Inn in Westerose, AB for the nights of Wednesday, August 5th and Thursday, August 6th. Reservations must be made by phone. Please request a room under “Farquhar” by calling 1-780-586-0006 before June 12, 2026. There are also Air bnb’s in the area. Please note, if you choose not to stay at one of the local hotels, we cannot guarantee shuttle services.

Accomodations

A shuttle service will transport guests to the venue in the afternoon and return them to the Inn at the end of the reception.

If you are not staying at the inn, but require transportation services, please let us know.
